Ingredients:
• 2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
• 2 cups milk (whole milk recommended)
• 2-3 tablespoons caramel sauce
• 1/4 cup Brittle-Brittle (peanut or almond), finely crushed
• Whipped cream for topping
• Extra crushed Brittle-Brittle for garnish
• Optional: additional caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions:
1. Coffee Preparation:
• Brew espresso or strong coffee
• Heat milk in a saucepan until steaming (do not boil)
• Froth milk using a milk frother or whisk
2. Assembly:
• Add caramel sauce to bottom of each mug
• Pour hot espresso over caramel
• Stir in crushed Brittle-Brittle until partially dissolved
• Add steamed milk and foam
• Top with whipped cream
• Garnish with extra crushed Brittle-Brittle
• Drizzle with additional caramel if desired
Tips:
• Use hot espresso to help dissolve the brittle
• Crush brittle just before using for freshest flavor
• Adjust sweetness by varying caramel amount
• For iced version, use cold brew coffee and cold milk
