Ingredients:
For the Crust:
• 2 cups Brittle-Brittle (any variety), finely crushed
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup Brittle-Brittle, coarsely crushed (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Crust Preparation:
• Crush Brittle-Brittle into fine crumbs
• Mix with melted butter
• Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan
• Refrigerate while preparing filling
2. Filling:
• Beat cream cheese until smooth
• Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until combined
• In separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
• Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture
3. Assembly:
• Pour filling over crust
• Smooth top with spatula
• Sprinkle with coarsely crushed Brittle-Brittle
• Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
