I’m about to order my fourth tub. First tub was wonderful. Second tub broken into little pieces. I guess handled bad in transit. Third tub the discs were stuck together. Had to take a knife to separate. I’m ordering a fourth tub because the brittle is very good.

The order was a replacement for a previous order. The original order contained three tub-sized disks that stuck together that I could not break up. The disks had never been broken up before being placed in the tub. This replacement tub had two full-sized disks stuck together. PLEASE instruct your workers that the disks should be broken up and not shipped whole. Thank you

The almond brittle was fresh and crispy. Thank you!!! I think we still enjoy the peanut brittle best. I can not figure out how to keep it fresh, however, and end up always throwing a little out. Can you give me any ideas on how to keep it fresh once it has been open. It doesn't help that we live in humid Florida.

Florida humidity is brittle’s biggest rival, but a few habits make a real difference once it’s open: 🥜 Seal it tight every time. Press the tub lid down firmly or move the brittle into a glass jar with a rubber seal. 🥜 Portion it out. Keep a small jar for snacking and leave the rest sealed, so the main batch isn’t exposed every time someone grabs a piece. 🥜 Add a food-safe desiccant packet (the little moisture absorbers) to the jar. They’re inexpensive online and a game changer in humid climates. 🥜 Layer pieces between parchment paper so they don’t stick together. 🥜 Skip the fridge. It actually adds moisture. A cool pantry away from the stove and dishwasher is best.
