    When you subscribe to a product, you will receive 10% off your first order and every recurring order. You will be automatically billed on your set subscription date and the product will be delivered to you at the interval of your choosing (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can pause or cancel and add new items to your subscription whenever you'd like.

    Yes. You can adjust your frequency by logging into your portal. Once in your portal, next to Subscription at the top, click EDIT and it opens up a section called "Repeats every" where you can change your frequency to one month, two months or three months.

    Absolutely! Log into your account andunder "Billing Schedule" click "Skip Payment" and it will skip your next order.

    Canceling your Brittle-Brittle® subscription is simple and hassle-free through our portal:

    1. Log in here: https://brittle-brittle.com/a/subscriptions/manage
    2. Click  "Click Here to View Your Subscription" and select "Manage Subscriptions"
    3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" red button at the very bottom of page
    4. Confirm your cancellation when prompted

    You'll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed. Your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

    Absolutely! Sharing the joy of Brittle Brittle with friends and family is easy with our gift subscription option through the Seal subscription app:

    1. Choose which brittle variety (or varieties) you'd like to send
    2. Select the subscription frequency (1 months, 2 months, or 3 months)
    3. Add a personalized gift message in the cart
    4. Enter your recipient's shipping information at checkout

    Your gift recipient will receive their brittles you've selected, along with your personalized message. You will also receive an email notification about their subscription with how to log in to manage the order.
